The staff were the best I have ever encountered in a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extreamly friendly. I would plan to stay there at least one night on each return trip to the area. I would highly recommend it. The spa is fantsatic! Easy to get to and a short walk from the town centre albeit on a quite busy road (which didn't matter much as the room was soundproof enough and there was no disturbance). Well equipped and has everything you could expect to find in a B&B. Room was spotless clean and so was the bathroom. Good service at breakfast - quick and effective. Decent choice on the menu.
