We liked the proximity to the centre ,shops and restaurants.the hotel was extremely clean -I could even smell the newness.the comfort of those beds was wonderful , but the staff are young and vibrant and made one feel welcome.ask for anything and its done . They have had good training but they come across as genuine.we liked plentiful hot water and good power shower also.breakfast was plentiful although could have been warmer poached eggs and porridge cooked to order was nice.wish breakfast was

Room was immaculate, obviously new build and sparkling. Bed was huge and there was still plenty of room to move about. Shower was nice, clean and well functioning.
Breakfast provided catered to all tastes and was fantastic.
Evening menu was also good.
Late bar meant no need to go out the hotel and get cold while still being able to be comfortable

It was so nice to be back at this wonderful hotel. I finally stayed in a
room similar to the first time I stayed here. I've stayed many
times, the design is quirky which aids the soundproofing. I've
recently stayed in other local holiday inn express's and being back
here was a dream! Instantly felt comfortable. The staff were much more
pleasant too and even held a door open for me as I was carrying a lot of
items for work.

We stayed in room 115 on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We even had a settee. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, unlike the tiny cramped ones you usually find.

We like the hotel & appreciate the helpful friendly staff. We would like a more varied food menu in the evening, maybe have steak, salad, fish available. Also maybe boiled eggs available in the morning otherwise breakfast lovely but the croissants were hard, so maybe more varied breads. This hotel was absolutely lovely and great value for money. I travel a lot for business and this is by far the loviest hotel I have stayed in. The staff made our visit extra special as I had arranged Fizz and chocolates in our room for my friends Birthday. They really put the extra effort in gor us. The Food was fantastic. I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere when staying here. If you do, you are missing out.

The rooms were reasonably priced at £52.00 each & more than adequate for our needs, the Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast (all you can eat) was more than worth the price and set us all up for the day ahead. -
