  Absolutly everything! The feature room was stunning, the bar food was delicious as was the breakfast the next morning. The staff were wonderful. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, the waiter was lovely, and the kitchen staff were so accomodating and made me alternative meals when they were low on ingridients, resourceful and delicious! Abs... hva folk sier » olutly loved it :) - The best part of the stay was the wonderful restaurant Peels. The food was wonderful , the service excellent, all presided over by James Hill - whose vision was not one of short term profit but long term success. The general good nature of all the staff seemed to mirror his vision.
