  One of the best deals I have come across in all my years traveling across Turkey. Not only in terms of price, but the customer service. Hotel is owner-managed & they go to great lengths to help me with information, transport etc. Language was not a barrier as they have Google Translate on all the time. Great wifi too - better than in Istanbul ... hva folk sier » hotels. I ended up staying twice as long as planned, making this my staging point to explore Hasankeyf, Mardin, Batman, Mor Gabriel etc. The otogar is - Clean rooms and bathroom. Good breakfast. Helpful staff (they even called for bus or dolmus to stop at hotel to pick me up at departure). Nice view of mosque from window of my room where I could listen to the call to prayer. Made a nice sidetrip from Midyat to seldom visited village of Gulgoze.
