  the staff was helpful and by our request they recomended a very nice Turkish restaurant ( beyaz Hann) for a good dinner. the location is very good - Good location. Short walk to the old town. Clean. Good breakfast and restaurant, bar area. Very nice rooms. Internet works well.

  Everything. Especially the service - Feyzullah at the front desk was already helping me with excellent directions to the hotel before I left for Urfa, and throughout my 3 day stay. The hotel is located next to biggest mall I have seen in Turkey - the Piazza. It is easy to commute by local bus between the hotel and Otogar. Number of local restaura - We liked everything about this hotel , it is one of the few hotels I have ever stayed in , in over 40 years of travelling where every small detail about our stay was so well done .We were upgraded to a lovely suite , the place was spotless and well appointed the breakfast was outstanding as were other meals we had there .The staff always greeted us with a smile and the General Manager Mr Toprak made a point of asking us if he could help us in any way we just had to contact him.
