The staff was very helpful and accomodating and polite. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family and will definitely stay there again when I go back. Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see.
The hotel is in an historic building but it is fully renovated and the result is a mix of historic perspective and contemporary taste. Everyone is very nice and gentle . Perfect for couple

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

Almost all amenities included which made things easy especially with
young kids. A small grocery store and money exchange in the back street. -
The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.

From the moment we arrived the time we spent in this hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive, room was excellent, food was good. Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay
