I wish to thank Dinis in the reception and Yasmin in the restaurant for thier professionalism in performing their duty.   I really loved it, the rooms very clean and worm, the have game area which is cool, the lobby is big and lovely. There coffee by the lake is awesome!! Wifi is crazy !!   Excellent location, good buffet breakfast. Owner was kind enough to arrange early breakfast on final day as our bus departed early. - I like the view from the hotel and the location, it was close to the beach, restaurants, shops, everything ithin walk distance.

  My friend and I stayed here for three nights in August, and I can't say enough about this hotel. Affordable, beautiful, stylish, clean, friendly. We had a commanding view of the town and the sea from our terrace (upper floors have the best views), and our room was beautifully decorated. The free breakfast was delicious -- and make sure you have so... hva folk sier » me happy hour drinks on the terrace at S Bar. The bartender is wonderfully fun. And if you don't feel like doing the short, uphill walk home from town - The manager Lale was terrific, and upgraded us at no extra cost to two apartments (a master suite for us and a junior suite with 2 beds for the kids). She also gave great advice on local restaurants and stores. The suites are high above the town, but beautiful and very walkable.

  We really enjoyed our trip to Zonguldak and the stay at Dedemen. The city itself is truly at a beautiful location, but the constant smell of coal in the air is a little disturbing. Even so, we enjoyed the spa and amenities and the friendliness of the staff.
