The staff was very helpful and accomodating and polite. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family and will definitely stay there again when I go back. I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager . The staff were courteous and very welcoming. This was like a breath of fresh air as I had experienced difficulty with another hotel called best Nobel And Nobel hotel so was beginning to think Istanbul was not good for solo female travellers!!! I have booked again for 6 nights in February so I can fully experience the hotel's fine hospitality

The location of the hotel is superb, right between the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, yet in a quiet side road. Istanbul is a bustling, noisy, crowded place and the hotel was an oasis of calm after hard days sightseeing and haggling in the bazaars.
The restaurant is of Michelin star quality.

The location is fantastic - right in the centre of Sultanahmet and easy walking distance to the bazaars, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, cafes and restaurants and the Bosphorus. Beautiful hotel with plenty of history; we stayed in a deluxe room that was so comfortable and quiet with great facilities, views and service. The staff were all really helpful, friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see.
The hotel is in an historic building but it is fully renovated and the result is a mix of historic perspective and contemporary taste. Everyone is very nice and gentle . Perfect for couple

Very good location, a very clean hotel, an excellent view, superb in facilities, the absolutely satisfactory breakfast. If you decide to choose a five star hotel, this is one of the most safe and satisfactory options. The value for money ratio is good. - Perfect central situation in Istanbul.
