The hotel staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel upon request had also arranged transfers to and back to the airport which was also very handy.
Main tourist attractions were not that far from the hotel around 15min walk or 5-10min on the tram.
Last but not least I had forgotton some money in the hotel when I checked out. On route to the airport the bus driver recieved a phonecall saying we've left some belongings and to wait on the highway and a taxi will be sent to deliver o

The Grand Washington hotel was located in an ideal location for exploring the city - walkable to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and other cultural sites. The staff was very accommodating - when we had problems with our first room, they rushed to switch us to a larger and more comfortable room.
