The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

I had a delightful surprise staying at the Taksim Star; very impressed by the room, soft yet crisp sheets; the bathroom was really clean, too!! after using the room hotel during my holiday trips, I believe that using an apartment will add more relax, comfort . Running all the day to visit the city , for tourism or business, the return to the apartment (more space, balcony, lovely view of Istanbul) give a great time to end the day.

I read so many critics about the services and standard of the hotel just a night before traveling there. To my surprise, the services where nothing compared to what I've read online. If something, it is better than I've ever expected as for the apartments are extremely bigger and more beautiful than the pictures online.
Everywhere is properly cleaned, all equipments and facilities are up and running, good customer service, 24hr room service and you find taxis parked outside all the time(24hr).
