  We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and very new with nice finishing and was cleaned everyday. The staff were very friendly and helped us in booking restaurants/clubs and speak good English. The location is great, in one of the best parts of istanbul full of nice cafes and away from the busy touristy areas.   We stayed in a 1bedroom apartment which had separated bedroom, bathroom with waterjet and full kitchen. Overall size was huge by european standards (i suppose over 60 m2) and all went really perfect. Location is very upscale residential and shopping neigborhood but very close to osmanbei metro stop which is only 1 stop from taksim square. Flats are huge as compared to a hotel room and have dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, micro even a hydro-tub in bathroom! A mercedes van picked us up and delivered to property. From start to finish, all was haned extremely professionally. Do recommend it to all!

He has only seven rooms but had had cancellations because of reporting about Taksim Square so I was the only guest for the first days. Erol took me on a tour of the city. I'm sure I wouldn't have seen so much if not for him. And I'm sure he saved me from being gouged by taxis.
