  The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised. Our host was very polite, he was helping us from the beginning with bringing our suitcases (we were 5 girls so it was not easy to carry all our staff:)), everything what we asked him, he was explaining and double checking afterwards to give us more information. It is great for young people, close to istikal street, taksim, all good location to see and visit. We definetly would stay in this hotel.
