Before I start I just want to say that the staff in this residence is beyond helpful. They are polite, always smiling and they speak good English.
A special shout out to the morning receptionist Mr. Fadi, as he was very helpful and provided transportation tips that saved me some money.

very central location, very friendly and helpful staff (they went out of our way to help us) spacious, clean, and comfortable room, very good service, decent breakfast, central location, excellent as "value for money", everything was above standard. They even arranged to pick us from the airport and transfer us to the hotel for a decent price. We would go there again and strongly recommend the place

The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

This hotel was amazing and did every they could to make our stay comfortable. Particularly Shahin who was ever so helpful and kind. We were always asked if we required anything and were also taken wherever we required within reason. I've truly never visited a hotel with such amazing hospitality and service.

The staff and owner are friendly, helpful would give their best to make your stay enjoyable by giving free ride, advise about shopping, restaurant & tours. The apartment's mini kitchen is well equips to have meal which saves money and enjoy your own home made meal. It's a home away from home. It's clean and with large living room. It was a most excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone available that spoke english. The house keeping staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. I would definitely stay here again! -

Very very nice location really. Safe and quiet but walking distance to anything one may need. Aircon functionning beautifully so is the wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flats are huge as compared to a hotel room and have dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, micro even a hydro-tub in bathroom! A mercedes van picked us up and delivered to property. From start to finish, all was haned extremely professionally. Do recommend it to all!

Everything worked out as expected. Not a five-star hotel, but nice roomy appartement with 2 balcony and quite a view at Istanbul. Air-conditioning was sufficient. The Comfort Suite is a great little hotel with a very nice feel. Very close to Taksim square and the Istanbul conference center as well as shopping in the Macha area and the area around Istiklal street it is great value for money!
The staff is extremely helpful and will deliver your breakfast plate to your door every morning.
I would recommend this hotel without any doubt to anyone wanting to come to Istanbul.
