  We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and very new with nice finishing and was cleaned everyday. The staff were very friendly and helped us in booking restaurants/clubs and speak good English. The location is great, in one of the best parts of istanbul full of nice cafes and away from the busy touristy areas. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.
