The general manager was extremely helpful and gone out of his way to organize tours for us. His English is excellent. The rest of the staff were also very helpful. İbis İzmir has a great location just in front of grand station. I went to İzmir for a concert and I stayed there just one night. Concert hall was in walking distance. İzmir İnternational Airport is easy to reach from hotel ıt takes just half an hour by train. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Children were free of charge.

Great location if you're just going through Izmir like myself. Very close to both train stations. 10 minute walk to the closer one, 40 minute walk from the second on.

We got the apartment for 3 adults for the price of 2 adults, since the one for 2 adults was already taken. The apartment is spacious, with nice furniture and clean. The apartment is in the center of Alsancak, about 100m away from the main street. The owners are really friendly. Good wifi reception. -

the location is marbelous!
Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately
