The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. They accepted our requests (we had crazy arrival and departure times) and informed us about the things to see in the city and how the transportation system worked. It's withing walking distance to Taksim square from where you can take taxis, buses, tram, metro and the shuttle to and from the airports. Restaurants, markets and shops nearby. staff was very much cooperative Dorsun and abdulatif and the lady whi
speaks Arabic I forget her name but she helped a lot and advise me

nice -Taksim square but in a quiet street-, courtesy of all the staff,

Nice and cosy hotel with an excellent location - only 5 minutes walk from the Istiklal Street and its numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and exchange offices and Taksim metro station.
Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Serkan, who helped us a lot with all kinds of things from transfer from the airport to finding the way to the nearest exhange office.
Stylish rooms.
Good price.
Definitely gonna recommend this place to people i know!

The rooms are spotless. They have great views and are equipped with absolutely everything you need and a a great price. The area is close to Taksim which is quite convenient but at the same time very quiet so you get none of the noise. The staff!!! They are incredibly kind, helpful, warm and amazing. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Istanbul!
