  Thanks to Mr Hasan and rest of the personnel for their hospitality. For being very helpful. My husband had food poisoning and Mr Hasan even went with us to hospital. People very friendly there. - The staff is very nice and helpfull, specially Mr Hassan. I spend a kiss to his grand-daughter because he is grandfather.

  Location and price - Location of the hotel is like 20-30 minutes walk from the city center, perfect. Nearby you have plenty of shops, restaurants, one shopping mall etc. Breakfast was really good. Stuff spoke good English and were very polite and always willing to help. Nice view from the room. It had secured parking.

  We family of three stayed in this apartment hotel in June. It's 10 minutes walk from tram station. The rooms are quite clean, and quite spacious. Kitchen is also equipped. Owner is really nice and he helped us plan our visits. He even gave his tram pass to us to use during stay. There is a lift As well, which means u don't have to worry about carrying luggage on stairs - Everything was awesome, very comfortable apartment with a great view, good wifi, nice kitchen, the beds were also very comfortable, and the staff great!   As a single female traveler to Istanbul, saftey was a major concern of mine. The staff at The Grand Ant Hotel was friendly and I felt like they were looking out for me. Most of them spoke at least a little English.   Location, comfort and breakfast - all faultless. Room 227 was indeed a superior room with a stunning sea view, plus tea/coffee facility. Female staff were incredibly helpful. Young male reception staff varied. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we requested anything. After leaving the hotel, when a problem arose, the reception staff were amazing and could not have done more to assist. The location was perfect to visit the main attractions in the city, which were within walking distance. It was also situated on the coast overlooking the Sea.
