Overall hotel was good, clean and located near Kabatas tram station. Most of staff spoke English. Stayed there for 2 days but I was mostly out for sightseeing. Good value for money for tourists. -
Loved the amazing view of the terrace restaurant. The food was also good. Strongly recommend the fish stew!

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.

First, the location. Excellent, almost at the Taksim Square. If you want to see the city I highly recommend it. The hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff. the host was amazingly kind, He was all the time helping us and suggesting us places to go and the best way to go there. Actually when we arrived he even gave us a nice introduction about the city that was very helpful. Its located just next to Taksim Square so you are good located for the tours and for the night life in Istanbul! -

The suite is a small apartment with a small kitchen opened on the living room.
Much better than a classic hotel room if you intend to spend time in your room.
Location is right on Taksim place, in front of Gezi park and Divan hotel. The downside is that it is a bit noisy with ongoing roadworks and traffic at this time. -
