  The receptionists were exceptionally excellent in providing extra information for a new guest like me who did not have much knowledge about Istanbul - it was nice and bubbling for someone like me who loves city life. Breakfast was nice and I enjoyed my stay.

  I liked the comfortbale and beautifuly designed rooms, they had used every bit of space, since the rooms were a bi t small, but it hink they must have spent around 15 thousand dolalrs in each rooms decorationa and remodelling. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Serkan, who helped us a lot with all kinds of things from transfer from the airport to finding the way to the nearest exhange office. Stylish rooms. Good price. Definitely gonna recommend this place to people i know!

  The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised. Thanks to Mr Suat who made me feel like home and became my friend. 1 min walk from the heart of city but on the quiet street so didnt have any problem sleeping. I strongly recomond this hotel who is visiting istanbul.

  Very helpful and nice stuff. Location - next to the istiglaliyyet street 5min walk. A lot of nice pubs in surrounding. Front view, top floors are really nice deal. Clean - the room was cleaned everyday. We have stayed for 4+2nights. There are a lot of things to see in Istanbul and night life is one of them. Breakfast was good.   We liked everything! Not a single complaint. Excellent location, very good spa facilities for such not big hotel in the center, design interior, very good breakfast, staff very supportive.
