  We have stayed at Faik Pasha for two nights. This hotel is an excellent option in İstanbul. We chose this hotel due to the Taksim square protests. It is very close to İstiklal Street but it is located in very secure region of Taksim. The room was very well appointed, real boutique hotel style. In summary, everything is excellent. - Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see. The hotel is in an historic building but it is fully renovated and the result is a mix of historic perspective and contemporary taste. Everyone is very nice and gentle . Perfect for couple

They upgraded me to a suite without me even inquiring. They had cleaning staff come daily to tidy my apartment. (Note: Rooms Galata is located on a steep incline- which I loved for daily excerc - Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room.   Hospitality is SUPER GREAT, the staff is incredible. We felt as in home. Thank You. Things we liked: - Location: the hotel is located in sultanahmet, which is close to the city's landmarks (TopKapi, Blumosque, AgaSofia, Hippodrome, Grand Bazzar) and others.
