- Location: the hotel is located in sultanahmet, which is close to the city's landmarks (TopKapi, Blumosque, AgaSofia, Hippodrome, Grand Bazzar) and others. Also it is close from the tram's station.

We are 3 friends and stayed in this hotel for a week in May'13.
Location is really perfect. This hotel is best for a city-trip. It's 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Moscue. Tram station is also not so far.
The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers.
Staff is extremely kind and helpful!
Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

I liked the most is the helpful, polite and friendly staff specially mr. RAHMI and YASSER, they were so cooperative and doing their best to answer your questions and guide you as much as possible.
also give you an ideas on how to make your tripe and what best locations to visit and what is the cheapest and short cut way to take to reach that areas.

the apartment was great and clean. close to everything and it was cleaned every day. staff was available all the time. very safe and everything was within reach. We were four people and we had two bedrooms and a kitchen and of course a bathroom. you get what you pay for. I would certainly recommend the hotel apartment. -

The Grand Washington hotel was located in an ideal location for exploring the city - walkable to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and other cultural sites. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Close location to the excellent tram network that runs in and around Istanbul. Very easy and simple access to all the sights of Istanbul by using the tram.
