  Location and views. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was just perfect we just wish we could have stayed longer - This is a 4 star hotel in an excellent location. Beautiful hotel.

  Luxury doesn't begin to describe it. We were greeted with a reception drink (non-alcoholic fruit drink of some kind) and the staff was professional and courteous beyond belief. Because we let them know it was our honeymoon, and it happened to be off-season, they upgraded us to the top-floor corner room for the price of the standard double. They al... hva folk sier » so sent up a complimentary fruit basket and bottle of local wine. There were breathe-taking views of the bay, the lovely pool and Kusadasi. This hotel - I liked almost everything in this nice hotel! The staff is very good, specially one young lady who was very polite and kind with us, she works at the reception and her name is Burchin hanum! I wish everyone would be so professional as she is!!

  The food was great..my kid loved the water slides and indoor pool. Massage was very good. Totally clean and nice. Front desk was very helpful with changing room and providing help. - The staff worked incredibly hard to make our holiday perfect for us. The entertainment team was amazing and the food in the restaurants was great.
