Great value for money, perfect location, very good traditional breakfast, nice view, helpfull staff, but obove all the hospitality of general manager Seniye who not only gave us all neaded informations, she also printed them for us, even she wrote a note for hamam's director. Thinking that Kayseri is not a touristic city but a commercial one (there are no english label nowhere) Seniye's behavior to a couple of tourists was excellent.
