It was a great value for the money, and the central location made touring Istanbul very easy. Honestly, there is nothing to mention. The neighborhood is shady. The staff was unwelcoming, with one exception (the owner). The rooms offer no comfort. The bathrooms are literally 1 meter away from the bed, with no door. The stairs are uncomfortable and one could break one's neck climbing them.
