All facilities, excellent staf
I liked the rooms were very nice . The elvators were fast The rooms are quiet with good light effects
The location is just 15 min walk to taksim but it not a problem the have shuttles to taksim . And a taxsi takes 5 turkish lira so it was not a problem
crown plaza very good hotel . but i dont like the location . it's in small road . but it's near from taksim area
Service was excellent. People were so helpful n professional. Surrounded by very good area. Just 7-10 min healthy walk to reach Taxim.

I Loved how clean the hotel was. The staff were very polit, friendly & helpful such as Yakub & Bilal. The Breakfast was tasety and the location was very convenient

limited view from the room (saw the other building only), breakfast service, system and price (much too expensive -- bill dropped on the table at the beginning of the meal)
Perfect for business purposes. It was the most safe place nearby Taksim during the riots of June 2013. Very close to business centers, Harbiye/Taksim.
No bacon at breakfast (it's Turkey anyway).

My short stay
The room 1119 stay for 3 nights and the facilities provided. The guest relationship lady was extremely helpful in all areas that help was needed. Her positive response to guest problems is excellent and second to non.
The noisy environment.
It was a nice experience. Everything was to my taste. The location was to me a bit hard because it is mountainous and narrow, but it Istanbul's distinct feature anyway.

We had two stays in a short time difference - both times our room was just beautiful! Large and luxurious with a lovely bathroom and great views over the distant city. The staff were very helpful and professional.

Mahir in reception was very cooperative with me. Room was with jacuzze. Perfect breakfast. Free shuttle to OsmanBay Metro Station & to Taxsim. Will be the first chocie in Istanbul.

Top facilities and staff. Fast free internet Perfect business hotel and close to important travel requirements and business areas.
The location while convenient is not great immediately surrounding the hotel. This will obviously change with time as the area under goes a rebirth. However the hotel remains a good choice for business travel. A short walk and you are where you need to be.

It was a most excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone available that spoke english. The house keeping staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

lobby was cold, room was cold, very poor isolation from outside cold and also inside walls are poorly isolated.
Hotel is clean, rooms are big enough and comfortable.
Location is not close to Taksim, and walking from the hotel to Osmanbey metro station is very difficult way. Staff are not very friendly.

Rooms were excellent, atmosphere was serene and overall service was good.
I didn't like the way bathtub was placed just in front of bed with no partition. I like to take shower in seperated bathroom.

Terrible location. The hotel is situated among the garages and service stations. I wouldnt let my wife to walk there alone. The shower & chair in spa were broken.
Courteous Staff .
Being told at check out point that I had used the mini bar , when a physical check revealed that I did not . Had to sign on the prepared bill in my honour that the prepred bill was incorrect. Terribly embarrassing .

the carpets were stained - the furniture in the room looked old; the shower jet was slow; soap and shower gel / lotion / shampoo did not befit a five star hotel; the iron was broken; no proper laundry bag; no proper desk space

We had a food poison from there resturant. Bad staff , not willing to help If i would visit Turkey again i will not stay there , Bad location
Location as I was also attending a congress at Military Musuem.
The bed in room was too hard. Staff spoke very little English. Any request they said yes to, but often nothing happened. Better we are told they cannot fulfill the request.
I like the design of the rooms.
Bad survice and unprofesional way of work.It is not a five stars hotel.The reception yard was good ,but the Spa center is terrible and the Spa manager was very unprofessional person.I did not recommend this hotel to other guests form abroad.

Breakfast buffet small and overpriced. Room was not adequately cleaned. On our second day there, we left the hotel at 9am and returned at 5pm and the room had not yet been cleaned.

The spa staf and ONE bellboy
Evrything else. Staff All unfriendly, uninformative, very poor english!! Housekeeping is a joke, not once did I get turndown serice, I had to set up the bed every night. In was the worst hotel experience & it can Never be rated as 5 stars.
Bellboy service was very good
Location was terrible, room service menu is very weak, no laundry service is provided within the hotel (it's outsourced), club room was just a regular hotel room, this hotel definitely doesn't worth that price
Only the pizza
Everything, the extra bed took more than 6 hours I kept calling them sevral time. The safe box was broken for 3 days I kept calling and asking for help but no 1 came till I started shouting. The wirless connection is so poor. Service is very bad.
