Very friendly and helpful staff. They give us a lot's of tour information and let us have wonderful experience in Capadocia in only 1 and a half day. The location was very good, close to everything. Very good value of money. Nice view of the mountains. Rooms according with the Goreme's spirit. 2 parking places in front of the hotel were very good for us (another parking areas near the hotel). We really enjoyed here and highly recommend the hotel.
alle vurderinger » The Terrace was not only comfortable and had everything we needed, it also had the best staff we have come across. Both Murat and Ali were incredibly helpful with anything at all that we needed. Ali is an incredibly lovely and friendly guy and really made our visit to Goreme unique by sharing all his stories and adventures with us. While it is relatively simple and inexpensive in terms of accommodation it was still attractive and tidy, making it a good option for those on a limited budget but who still appreciate pleasant surrounds. Ali bey was friendly and helpful as were all of the staff we encountered. The room was beautiful, cosy and comfortable. The public relations man Ali is lovely and friendly, the other staff are just as nice but Ali is always around and available. Seeing the hot air balloons from 6am on the deck. Highly recommend staying here. the hotel puts you directly into magic of cappadocia regarding to it's arcitecture . staff were extremely helpful and welcoming . they gave us a very comprehensive brieffing for cappadocia and it s been very useful . Omer was an excellent host and as soon as we got there he helped organise our activities for our stay in Cappadocia. The room was clean and tidy and the terrace where we had breakfast was beautiful. Murat was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He help book our tours and then helped us rebook our flights when they were cancelled!. Perfect location. Small but very nice and complete room. The breakfast was really nice!!. Good price, central location in Goreme, nice, helpful and not annoying staff, wi-fi internet of a good quality, nice terrace to sit in the evening (in the morning too hot). Our room was very warm at night even in early summer and there was no air-conditioning. We opened the window however it was still quite hot and also a bit noisy then too. Our toilet leaked and in the two nights we stayed there it wasn't fixed. The bathroom was a little mouldy. Of the staff members only Omer could speak English so it was difficult if he was not available to talk to but he was there most of the time. They never cleaned our room but as soon as I asked a clean towel, they gave me without problem. The shower cabin needs a deep cleaning. The staff of the hotel ask you for tips when they make the reservation for the Air-Ballons. Furniture was quite shabby. When we came we were offered two double rooms instead of the triple one (we travelled as a family with 2 kids), but for the same price, which was positive. Breakfast was good but served individually, so actually not too much. No bed lights so impossible to read when everybody is sleeping. Mosque is very close so be prepared for prayer sounds at 4-5 am. (it was actually heard in any hotel in Goreme center where we stayed).
