absolutely perfect :) all new and cleen. the staf very friendly and helpful. we was in need of babycot and coze thay didn't have it thay gave us one more room in the same money coze we was 4 adults and 2 kids - we pay for a room for 4 adults and thay gave us another room with big bed only coze thay didn't had the babycot. very close to the feribot. They moved us to the Egem hotel because they had a group of young kids at the pension, and they were affraid that it would be noisy :) The reception guy was very friendly and spoke very well english. Totaly recomend !! (PS: it is in the center of everything !!).
alle vurderinger » Pleasant staff and nice location. Comfortable rooms and an elevator which is always welcome. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere. Good value for money. The staff also helped with our excursion. The staff is very nice and very helpful. It is a very small city and the location of the hotel is best, just beside the city center and only 5 minutes walk to the ferry boat station. Right by the ferry & tourist area. Very nice rooms. Staff is friendly & helpful with tours, or anything else you may need. Fast, reliable WiFi. They just play naïve and ignorant that he is new. The rude staff seems to expect us to thank. - the beakfast not rich, any milk, yogurt or meet -but very very fresh. Showers could use a good scrubbing, as there was some mildew on walls & in corners. Showers are also kinda small. Wifi in the rooms would be nice. the drains smell in the bathroom. - the breakfast was less than he expected. Poor breakfast, bad English of the staff. Somebody said "elevator"? Didn't find it... You need to park your car few streets away, as there is no space, but the staff will provide a place in a protected park area. WiFi is working only near to reception. Room door can be closed only with key. Bath water leakage from shower. - we had to ask for several basic thinks that were included in the cost. no wi-fi in the room but only in the hall. Small rooms, old furniture. Not hot water until the next morning because they forgot to turn on the heater.breakfast ok but the service was not good at all.u. I change my room because the balcon door it is imposible closed. I think it would make a big difference if the rooms were cleaner and painted. The rooms were a bit shabby and the electrical cables should be made safer. Still being refurbished, so tv wires dangling etc. Wifi very weak, would not go. Almost missed Gallipoli tour because of wrong information given by staff. WiFi not working. TV not working.
