  I liked the staff, very professional. Looked for an adapter and cable for internet connection in my room, no problem at all for them. Light rail system 500 metres from the hotel door and taxi rank also very close. I was traveling with group of 10 friends and only hitch was at time of pick-up at airport there was communication issue which we required two trips. Everyone spoke fluent English, were accommodating beyond belief (we arrived at 6 a.m. hoping just to check our bags while we went sightseeing and they offered to rush making up a room for us so we could get in there at 10 a.m. without being asked).
