  I liked the staff, very professional. Looked for an adapter and cable for internet connection in my room, no problem at all for them. Light rail system 500 metres from the hotel door and taxi rank also very close. Everyone spoke fluent English, were accommodating beyond belief (we arrived at 6 a.m. hoping just to check our bags while we went sightseeing and they offered to rush making up a room for us so we could get in there at 10 a.m. without being asked). Location is also great, 10 min by taxi from taksim and 4 tram station from hagia sofia and blue tzami.
