  Wonderful views at night from our room and the restaurant on the top floor.The hotel was very peaceful after the noise in Bangkok. All the staff were very helpful. - Very friendly staff

  Great location for everything .... very close to the skyrail If you get to spend a few days in Bangkok, please book the tours directly at the hotel. The people there have a great value for money and are very flexible, putting you a personal package together. We ended up having their driver Bondit for 2 days straight, as we were so very pleased wit... hva folk sier » h his service. What a great guide as well as genuing person showing you the real Thailand, not just the tourist attractions. - its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.

  meget bra - The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Ban... hva folk sier » k sorted out their problem. Everyone is very friendly,helpful - We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It´s a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and it´s high standard. The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.

  The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies. I was also put in a smoking ro... hva folk sier » om when I'd requested a non-smoking room. After speaking to the manager (by this time it was 1am so credit to him for calling me back) I was upgraded - I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The breakfast is good for the price.
