Firstly the staff were amazing. Tom and Ning couldn't have been more friendlier and helpful. They made everything easy for you. We thought the location was perfect. Excellent views, close to pier. Yes it was a little walk from town but we quite enjoyed the walk home. Is an easy walk home along beach in the serenity. Nice to be close to action but far enough away it doesn't disturb you. We had heard a lot of negative comments about the staff being rude and barking orders about fines for towels and room key, they are just doing their job people. Ok this is a really clean and neat hotel in phi phi. Its hard to find a
decent mid priced hotel as most of the reviews for other hotels are
shocking but this is perfect. Its location is perfect for everything,
its 5 mins stroll to the pier, in the centre of town but facing into a
courtyard pool so no noise from outside. A few minutes to the beaches.
Definitely pleased with this hotel. Its a little more exspensive than a
similar hotel in Phuket, but everything on Phi Phi is due to transport

This is paradise! We were looking for a great place to stay with our 10
month old baby. Before going we checked the reviews and started to
doubt. It turned out that all he bad things in the reviews were over
exaggerated. The bungalows are on a hill but you can ask for a free
pickup service to and from your bungalow at the reception and by phone

One word - location. On the northern part of Phi Phi gave a sense of privacy and isolation. Perfect for relaxation and escaping the crowds. Staff were very helpful with all our requests, helped with boat trips and dining options. Enough restaurants along the stretch to keep you busy for a few nights.

First we arrived to tonsai pier and took a longtail boat to reach the resort, it's only 100 baht.
It has a small private beach, the room is big and clean, bed has a net for mosquito, its reaaly nice to rest in the hammock in front of the bungalow. Our room was around 5 min walk to the reception between the town and it's own private beach. It's a nice and safe walking in the forest. Went with 3 other guys. We liked that it was located on the quieter side of the island away from the main tourist area - great when you're hungover! Good pool and beach. Staff always helpful - I cut my foot quiet badly one night and the security guard helped to clean and strap it up.
Other reviews aren't great, but I think people perhaps expect

First off, we were a bit worried by some of the ratings. So here's ours: Excellent!! We had a luxury bungalow close to pool and reception. Airco, Free wifi!!! Only 80eur/ night. Everywhere was clean, no bugs, a lot of cats though. The pool was beautiful. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!

We booked this hotel as we planned to arrive in phi phi a day early and
our initial choice was full, however we would have been happy to stay in
the hotel for the full time on phi phi.
We were met by a bellboy at the pier who then took our bags to the hotel and onto our room.
The room was clean and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful. We left something in our room before checkout and it was brought down to us straight away.
The hotel is well located for bars and restaurants.
