The staff were very friendly and always happy to help out, whether it be
calling us a tuk tuk, giving us change for our larger bills, or
recommending a good restaurant. They had a complimentary tuk tuk service
to the Nana bts station which made our travels in Bangkok so much
easier. Their complimentary breakfast was also delicious! Our room was
was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area.
Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.

Very great staff! I booked this hotel as the first stop of honeymoon in Thailand, and when we arrived here we found that they upgraded our room for free. Honestly, you'll always enjoy the service with smile right here, which also did impress us a lot.

Best all round hotel I have stayed in Bangkok having being to the city a
couple of times. For just a few hundred bahts more than the average budget-
hotel, this standard 3-star hotel offers much more luxury. It makes
budget hotel price seem over rated.
Clean room, quality bed and quilt (not blanket), and toilet that one would expect from a branded hotel chain. Super helpful and friendly hotel staff who remembers their guests on extended stay.

The rooms were excellent with kitchenette, washing machine and great
decor, two televisions one in sitting area and one in bedroom. I arrived
for an early check in after a night flight and the reception staff were
accomadting and made a special effort to get me a room with a balconey (
as requested) a soon as possible. Duly got the room after 30 minutes .
Great location for entertainment and restaurants. Secuirty good. Seven
eleven store just over the road for food and drinks.

the room was nice, clean, and spacious in the deluxe room. personnel were friendly and helpful. modern. there are two malls within the area but you would need to get a taxi to get there. we stayed on the other side of the roadside and so, didn't know if it was noisy on that side. our room faced a big restaurant that provided a beautiful view, but loud music at night for a few hours.
