The staff not only met me with a smile each day, they were also incredibly helpful. Although the staff's English is limited, if you smile they will do everything in their power to help you. This hotel is within walking distance of Bus Terminal 2 which provides transportation to anywhere on the island. If you plan on booking tours, take a business card, and tell the travel agent/driver, "It is near the big Super Cheap." If you are looking for resort style Thai food, the restaurants nearby won't .
alle vurderinger » The hotel is very clean and very modern. The rooms are big and could be the ones of a four star hotel. Excellent value for money!. Though it is bid far from Phuket town Centre, the management offers good assistance to find transportation for mobility. The staffs are helpful and they extend their help in every way you need. My special thanks go to Tom, the night duty manager at the hotel, who was very helpful to make few calls and find me a nice taxi driver to trace back my Samsung phone which was left in a taxi I travelled from Patong. Thanks. Hotel is ok from inside, staff is ok, quite friendly As a transit station it was almost ok. The balcony was big and airy. With the price it will be worth it, if you are thinking of staying away from the buzz of Phuket. Everything on the hotel restaurant's menu is amazing, except for the "American Breakfast." It might be a clever joke, but it is possibly the smallist meal on the menu. Well played Nize... Well played. Alltough the staff was very friendly, nobody spoke English so it was quite hard to talk to them. The hotel is very far from everything. We cancelled our booking and just stayed one night instead of three and got a hotel in Patong Beach which was much better as a location. Noise of the main road. location. the restaurants nearby won't have it. It is quite far from the Phuket town. Please provide some hands-on helping information for foreigners to make important overseas calls. it is impossible to sleep. We changed the room to deluxe (the opposite side of the hotel) so it was better but still we heared the traffic. Breakfast... it should be much better. Maybe something was included except of bread and butter with a tea but it was not supplied. The location was far from anywhere remotely with restaurants or ammenities. The room was also facing the main road with heavy vehicles- hence the noise was close to unbearable especially when we thought that we could have a bit of open air feel in the tropics. poor breakfast location away from town, restaurants. on the high way, rooms in the back 300 baht/night more than at the front.
