This was the 3rd hotel of 9 we stayed in during a round trip of Thailand, and we found it to be all we had expected. It is right on the beach front, and there are plenty bars, restaurants & nightlife all around. You can access anywhere in Pattaya for 20 Bhat in the plentifull Bhat buses, so getting around is not a problem.

It is located near the beach, Tiffany and Alcazar are less than 10 minutes walk away. Several tour agents are available just just near the hotel. Good view from my windows of the sea. Breakfast is very good with many choices to choose from. Will stay there again next visit.

The room was much nicer than expected - spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, although you had to walk to their sister hotel around the corner for it - but worth it. There's a surprisingly nice Irish pub almost opposite the hotel as well. Good value for money all round.

The room and bathroom was very clean. Loved the shower. Unlike many
showers in Thailand the shower pressure was very strong which is great
after a hot sticky day. It's a perfect base if you want a comfy nice
place to sleep but won't be spending a lot of time in the room.
Price is good too. Location is good as well. You also need a room card
to use the lifts going to the rooms so it felt safe and secure.

It is always nice to arrive early and find the staff accomodating and friendly. Luggage can be stowed until check in. Breakfast is buffet style and the rooms at the new wing are very nice. The hotel is just one street from Central Festival and has a selection of bars close by.
