Reception staff are wonderful, hotel location is just perfect in center. Easy access to shopping mall & just 10-15 walk to walking street. الفندق جيد و نظيف و موظفي الاستقبال بشوشين جدا. وموقع الفندق ممتاز بعيد ع منطقة العرب و يصلح للسكن العائلي. -

This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . That was a very good start. The suite was huge and spacious . Beautiful room , really nice bathroom and 42 inch Sony TV . Breakfast was included but if you know Pattaya nightlf

The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news. I was then told that I had been given a free upgrade to the Metropole Suite which was fantastic!! Th

Its located in Central Pattaya, which means its closer to the beach, Walking Street, shopping outlets (malls and small shops) and plenty of eateries. Its got good breakfast, massage parlour,swimming pool and easy access to the city. Plus, the staff is also very friendly and cooperative. -

Great location as looks out onto the sea but a new hotel coming out of the ground in front of it will change that. Close to everything. Quite a new hotel. Rooms are terrific and the rooftop pool is sensational. -
