  We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel employees are very polite, kind and helpful. When we had a technical problem with the air condition, in about 2-3 hours, during we were out, the problem was fixed. It is a very comfortable hotel considering the location across the beach, shops near by, a very nice library at the ground floor and a gym. - We l... hva folk sier » ike the location as it was beachfront. It was very close to Tiffany's show too, 15 min walking distance. Hotel also provided us daily free mineral water, fruit juice, singha beer, coke and milk. Remember to consume it everyday. There is a DVD player in our room, we can rent the DVD from the downstair library. It is amazing.

  Hotel is in general looks nice and clean at all. Staffs are friendly a specially at reception.   This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . That was a very good start. The suite was huge and spacious . Beautiful room , really nice bathroom and 42 inch Sony TV . Breakfast was included but if you know Pattaya nightlf... hva folk sier » e , the number of times you actually get up early to have breakfast will be few and far between . So , I can't comment on the breakfast at all . Pool - The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news.
