  Room is clean & spacious. The staff clean the room everyday. The hotel provide the beach towel also. Quiet during night for a good sleep.Just 5 minutes walk to Patong Beach. About 10-15 minutes walk to Bangla Road. Overall good stay. Value for money. - The location was terriffic easy excess to shopping and leisure..the staff was very frien... hva folk sier » dly and helpful. I would recommend to others..

  Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The manager Andrea was the most helpful insuring we had transport from the airport and advising ... hva folk sier » us on where to go. The food down stairs was lovely 2 cheap and very tasty italian. Honestly lovely place stayed 2 extra nights. - Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money. The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
