We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby.

The hotel was at the perfect location, close to the beach and at the heart of Patong. Loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and we were very happy with the size of our rooms (both family rooms and larger than superior delux rooms). Last but not the least, the pool was simply amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit Novotel Vintage Park in the future.

The hotel was rather new and the facilities were among the best I've ever had - definitely on par with other big names out there, at only a quarter of their price. This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.

We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you. We thought this hotel was excellent value for the amount we paid and the staff were excellent when we required any assistance. We are plus sixties and found the hotel was used for a lot of young tours but we did not find this a problem as all the young people were well behaved and interesting which was very refreshing . Would recommend. Also we found the food and drinks were reasonably priced.
