Not the first time we have stayed at BYD Lofts and most definitely will not be the last.
Rooms spacious, modern, clean and airy whilst at the same time, cannot hear a single noise from outside. Great sized balconies and all fixtures/fittings you would expect from a serviced apartment-type hotel experience.

The Staff's attitudes were 'awesome' - so very friendly across the board.
Suites spacious, clean and well appointed - towels very soft.
Breakfast very good as not a buffet, cooked to order and staff very welcoming.
Hire airport pick-up and laptop provided with Internet access for the route back to hotel - handy for catching up on emails and not having to load up your own laptop.

This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.

Location was very central. Good bed. Everything worked. Fully fitted put kitchen. Full size fridge. Washing machine. Relaxing balcony with top view. Annie was the most helpfull host you ever meet. Had the two bedroom apartment on a quiet ninth floor. But if you get noisy neighbours you could be in trouble. -

The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.

The hotel was brand new. And the spaces was spacious . its good for
those who is looking for quietness . I didn't see any one from the
guests for the whole 3 days I stayed there . finally, I enjoyed my three
days there . one last recommendation take the three bedrooms some of
them comes with roof sitting area and plunge pool -
