The staff were superb. From housekeeping to the manager, everyone took
the time to greet us with a smile and say hello. The bar staff are also

The Nap!!!!! Loved everything about this Beautiful Hotel.. location, facilities, interiors, staff, basically everything.. The Hotel is different to a normal one, with an open reception and seating area. The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you. Very friendly staff. Great views as the location is on a mountain top. Staff was amazingly friendly as it was a family run business. The complementary taxi service to and from Phuket centre makes life easier. The breakfast was made fresh. -

The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel's
location is superb - it is in the middle of all the happenings, yet it
has its own secluded compounds and is quiet in the midst of all the
busyness and noise around it. It is very convenient for us to just walk
a short distance to the Bangla Road or Patong Beach, and retreat to the
serenity of the hotel within minutes. The service of the hotel tour
operators in the hotel is superb. Everything is just perfect!

Location was ace in that it was near amenities but on the edge and was
calm quiet and relaxing. It was clean and spacious, whilst not brand
new, the decor and facilities were great for a three star hotel. If you
want perfect- I suggest you go 5 star, but that always comes with a

The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.
