  The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat... hva folk sier » es in x recommended :) - Great service by staff. They were very professional and sweet. Really great staff. Enjoyed room service. Meals were delicious. Awesome breakfast buffet and service. Didn't stay long enough to fully enjoy facilities

  the staff, the service, the cleanliness, the room size and the comfortable bed/ pillows, the big bath tub...and the surprise cake provided by the hotel to celebrate our anniversary as well as our little 2 yr old girl's birthday....was given 3 cakes so the kids each have a cake with their own name on it and don't have to fight over it! would love t... hva folk sier » o go back and would definitely recommend to friends and family! - This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.
