The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -

everything from the friendly staff who couldnt help you enough to the large,clean and spacious rooms.air con was fantastic,nice bathroom,balcony with a view,and cleaned every day without fail.both pools were perfectly clean with towels provided.breakfast buffet was without fault with plenty of choice at a reasonable cost.wifi was reliable and fast

We travelled with a group of 16.Stayed for 5 nights.We arrived late night but were attended swiftly and its a service with smile throughout our stay.bell boys were so helpfull with our luggage checking in and checking out.the pool was clean and nice.our rooms with balcony were facing the pool.room size were nice and clean and so is the bathroom. housekeeping was daily and will be given 2 water bottles daily for free.we can ask the front desk for beach towels for free.tip the bellboys at the lob

Our few days of stay in patong lodge was great..I like the place as it was situated near the beach,the massage parlors and restaurants and convenient for shopping as well. -

This Hotel gave us the feeling of its own little Oasis as it had a great swimming pool private from the street with lovely Palm trees for some shading. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to any sort of shop you needed. we have stayed in Phuket 2 times before in a much more expensive hotel but found Coconut Village equalled it in all ways. We ate the hotel restaurant for 90% of our meals and found them excellent. Highly recommend.

Hotel staff was awesome. Location was excellent. 24 hr mart was just a stone throw away. Manicure and a massage is located just just beside the hotel. The beach is 1min away. Morning view, breathtaking. Would come to stay here again. Forgot the hotel staff name cause she deserves to be mentioned! Awesome smile in the morning. Cheers to her.
