The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. If you decide to stay in Patong, this place has a great location, with immediate access to the sea, a short walk to all shopping and night-life venues. The service is excellent both by reception and concierge,... Any program you can organise with the help of the concierge locally. The breakfast is OK, too. Well, it's definitely not top-luxury, but clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Definitely gay-friendly, the gay beach is right behind the hotel.

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

It's 2 minute walk to the beach, just step outside the lobby and there's a good spa. Staffs are friendly. Good restaurants are close by. You can also reach by walking 15 minutes to Bangla Road. The breakfast is good and the view is great at the infinity pool/ rooftop. -

Beach is amazing! Say in the superior room and get the best views of the beach. Quiet beach with beautiful water and very clean and not busy. Great for family's free shuttle bus into patong! Winning. PS do not get scared when you drive to the hotel and see tri trang multi colour building! It looks horrible but that's a different building!

I loved the location as I felt that the hotel was surrounded by
mountains. I loved the room as it came with an outdoor Jacuzzi and a
spacious balcony. We took the normal/basic room and it was really
spacious as it came with a kitchen, two compartments, the living and
bedroom with television for each which means two televisions! There were

Travelled with 3 friends, all 21 years old. Great place to stay,
definitely not a party hotel/resort which is a positive in my
opinion... Beautiful villas, we stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa which
is the most expensive but worth every penny. Its not in the heart of
patong, taking about 5 minuts by taxi/tuktuk/motorbike but
patong district is disgusting so its good being set away abit! Hotel
staff are lovely.

Baumenburi is absolutely amazing. It is the only place we would return to. The staff are very friendly, kind and the service is spectacular. We wouldn't stay anywhere else and we highly recommend Baumenburi for any couple or friends!
