Amazing Staff's, They're very nice specially Mrs. May from reception was very kind. everything was perfect at Great Avista. We liked it. The Place was nice and good for the people that looking for somewhere calm and clean. Everything in the room was perfect. service was very good and fast. for sure I'll go to Avista again.

The only issue was the shuttle bus to the city was not comfortable. It's better to use a better bus with air-condition.

the staff, the service, the cleanliness, the room size and the comfortable bed/ pillows, the big bath tub...and the surprise cake provided by the hotel to celebrate our anniversary as well as our little 2 yr old girl's birthday....was given 3 cakes so the kids each have a cake with their own name on it and don't have to fight over it! would love to go back and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

too much stair case for the young children and was told the nearest beach was close for renovation during the time of my visit

Only 1 restaurant, restaurant food is good for breakfast but average quality for all other meals. Spa is expensive.

- Amazing views from (some) rooms and large swimming pool with nice views. - Hotel provides free shuttle to and from Patong center and Paradise beach - Location is good, just 5-10 min drive from the center of Patong

- The frequency and size of the shuttle service is low, many times there is no seat available

I like the swimming pool. It is very nice. Breakfast is also excellent. Room is my favorite as well.

A lot of staffs are foreigner. They can't speak Thai.

Design cleaness view romantic and I got a room with pool access and it was really amazing and if I visit Phuket again fore sure I will choose a vista

Excellent hotel,new modern construction.polite personal.Very good food.

Not everybody speaks English( difficult to comunicate).Bus for patong should be every hour and not every two hours

This hotel is fantastic. One of the few hotels that I would seriously recommend for people who would like relaxation away from the noise of Patong beach, yet not so far from it at the same time. If I ever go back to Phuket again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

1. The hotel needs to increase the number of shuttles to Patong beach as the tend to get filled up pretty quickly 2. Increase the variety of the main restaurant's menu. 3. The Spa is way too expensive.

This resort is absolute magic. Fell in love with it from the first minute. Room was nicely decorated with pool view. There was a nicest bed i have ever slept in. Room service did an amazing job. They brought cookies every evening and made bed ready for the night with blanket corners folded up. It was a nice touch :) Excellent hospitality form all the staff.

Main restaurant menu needs some changes. Nothing from the menu appealed to me. I tried few things, but nothing blew me away only the cost of the meals :) Games room needs some music to make it fun room too.

The location is not good. If you want just to stay and relax then it's perfect, But if you prefer to go to the beach, visit restaurants, shopping, etc, then you mest get a hotel closert to pathong beach.

This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.

Location away from busy streets. Lots of trips available although extra cost. Staff very polite and tried to sort out problems.

Facilities advertised not complete, building work going on. Complimentary items of poor quality e.g. Champagne breakfast not even a decent sparkling wine but poor quality red sweet fizzy drink. Initially told we were not in fact due complimentary items in our booking had to get management involved so stressful. Staff often gave different information from each other so didn't know who was right!

The whole hotel look amazing very good view to the sea and everything,jacuzi room is nice and huge.

the room is not very clean,and the jacuzi can not work.The international buffet is not good enough.
