Location is good and good plast for family to stay

Overall, good hotel for 2600 baths, even included breakfast. Staffs friendly and attentive. Nice pool, Good relaxing environment.
Hotel funny policy, even u booked two guests room, but when First Lady u bring foc, when second day different lady, 2000 baths lady charge, u better monogamy! At the first place, embarrassing to argue this, shouldnt be a issue, manager told me whole Phuket hotels same, I been twice a year to Phuket for so long, first time experienced this charge, funny. Anyway, after than this, good hotel.

Beautiful hotel and 3 minute walk to Patong Beach has a very modern technology. It was clean and everyone is welcome and smiling. The breakfast was wonderful

Menu card for food was limited .but excellent food.
Location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and suited our needs well.
There was nothing we didn't like, however to rate this hotel as perfect a small fridge in the room would have been great. Also the temperature of the pool could have been cooler :)

Opened about a year but gives the impression of being almost finished. Not cheap. Would look for a different hotel next time.

They state that they have airport shatter but is not free on charge so it should not be there They have very strang policy that even if you booked double bed room for 2 but your partner didn't check in with you in the same time and come later to check in later you have to pay 2000 BT This hotel more for family
The location and the receptionist whrer fantastic
Housekeeping is very poor, once in the night I Brock a bottle of cola and called the house keeper to clean, the young man came and started shouting in Thai before and during cleaning, then he left without mobbing the place... very unprofessional and not reflecting the Thai culture and behavior.

WIFI didn'thave good signal in our room although we were located on 2nd floor and in a room half way between rooms I still had to go to the lobby to use my laptop
I like the location as its near to the Patong beach.
Their policy is strange. The room is for 2 persons but the second guest has to check in at the same time with the main guest. They have to mention that in the web site. If I have read that I will never ever book at this poor hotel. Thw shower water has a bad smell. I did not like my stay there at all.
