Beach is amazing! Say in the superior room and get the best views of the beach. Quiet beach with beautiful water and very clean and not busy. Great for family's free shuttle bus into patong! Winning. PS do not get scared when you drive to the hotel and see tri trang multi colour building! It looks horrible but that's a different building!

Staff was very helpful. We had some demands of the rooms ( close together, also close to the children pool ) and they helped us gladly. Rooms are very nice and with great view to the sea. Location was good for us, the end of the Patong Beach road, but still very close to the beach and party and restaurants area. Breakfest was with large choice and very good.

To arrive and get a complementary glass of fruit juice just makes the check in experience lovely . The best thing I would say about this hotel is Location,Location,Location. Just brillient. Great place, spacious rooms, friendly staff who communicates in English well enough. Didn't try the in-house food except for breakfast. Rooms come with umbrellas for rainy days, very thoughtful!
My wife and I were there for a pre-wedding photo shoot. The reception upon being contacted by my photographer for our room number, send us a honeymoon gift. Very attentive staff!

Baumenburi is absolutely amazing. It is the only place we would return to. The staff are very friendly, kind and the service is spectacular. We wouldn't stay anywhere else and we highly recommend Baumenburi for any couple or friends!
