Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . Also benefited of a rooftop sunbathing terrace. Breakfast was ok , same as you find in other hotels . A supermarket next door which is handy. A pool in the hotel which I used once . A 15 -20 minut

Hotel is value for money..staff is friendly especially iris..was such a helpful n cheerful person..kudos to her n all the staff there for making it a pleasant stay for me and my friends..well done

The room is spacious and clean. It is just a few minutes walk to Patong Beach. -
i bue 10 te-spoone and have them in my sootcase, but someone took it from my sootcase, same with coffy i by in store they took. not god and i just see this hven i come home. tv was not good all week, ask 3 times if they can fix it but they didnt do it.

calm quiet and relaxing. It was clean and spacious, whilst not brand
new, the decor and facilities were great for a three star hotel. If you
want perfect- I suggest you go 5 star, but that always comes with a

The room was very clean. The location is around 10 minutes of walking to bangla road. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak english very well. There are a lot of halal restaurants near the hotel. 5 minutes of walking to Patong Beach. Easy to get public transport and easy to rent motorbike. I will definitely come back to this hotel

3 minute walk to beach, many restaurants nearby. We paid to taxi from Airport to this hotel 800 bhats and from this hotel to rassada pier (to go to phi phi island) 400 bhats. Good location and at 500 bhats per day this hotel is recommended. This hotel is just opposite holiday inn resort. Must try banana pan cake near this hotel.

The staff working there is great our taxi called them to ask the way and they were so kind to way by the street and welcome us. Room is big and very clean they clean everyday, bathroom is good. Centrally located. Beach is just across the road. Lots of nice restaurant along the same road of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Most importantly, rooms are clean. -
Nice and comfortable. Quick check-in & check-out. Nice swimming pool & jacuzzi. They served us cold orange juice upon check-in. Cleaned our room daily.

The staff could not have been more helpful, they gave us the choice of rooms, umbrellas when it unfortunately rained, and a free key ring as we stayed in the first week of it opening. The hotel is very clean and modern and if we ever return to Patong we would stay again. -
