Environment was good. We felt as if we are at home. 2 out of 3 Reception staff was very cooperating. Our suite was very spacious and kids had enough space to enjoy themselves, room was cleaned daily. One of the biggest benefit was that the there was hand shower besides commode. -

I like that the location is on Sukhumvit 55 (main road). It's safer. There's a plaza right infront with a supermarket, 24 hrs Burger King, Starbucks and few restaurants. Room and facilities were modern and great. Excellent quality overall. Great gym, nice big rooms, kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Bathrobes and laundry was over the top nice. Felt very much like home. Great views from balcony and fantastic location on Thong Lo. I look forward to staying here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Well presented good quality hotel, this is my 5th visit and the friendliness of the staff makes any stay at the adelphi enjoyable and stress free, rooms are modern and well equipped and even have a washer drier so no need to return home with a pile of dirty washing! Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. -
We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies.

I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish
equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another
building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the
street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The

The location for getting around Bangkok is hard to beat. Very convenient
to light rail to downtown walking through mall with least outdoor

Emporium was the first place I stayed in Thailand. When you arrived you were greeted by gentlemen opening doors, collecting bags etc. The staff were very helpful.
The swimming pool / gym area was fabulous.
Night lights were impressive.
Access to sky train was only minutes away. If you needed a taxi, the gentleman out the front hailed one for you.
No noise in rooms at all, very quiet.
It felt very luxurious to stay there.

We liked the swimming pool. Although it mention that the pool is 1.5 mtr deep it's not correct. At one side it's 1.0 mtr and at the other side 1.4 mtr. If you have little children you will have to be close to them. Next to the hotel contructions are going on (high rise building), but the noise was ok for us. It did not bother us. Besides the breakfast, we also received one snack in the evenings at the swimming pool. When returning to BKK I will stay again at this hotel.
