I stayed in one of the 2 sea view rooms which was very spacious, perfectly clean and nice. Comfortable bathroom. Very friendly&helpful manager. Wifi worked in the room. Though I walked to Lamai center, a scooter is easier. There are nice (hotel) restaurants nearby. If you like the peace and quiet part of the beach a nice place for a good price.
Price, room size and cleanest, hi-speed Internet, It is slightly on the side of Lamai but you can rent a motorbike as we did. It is Quite place. Friendly owner. If you chose to stay there is better to let the owner about the arrival time.alle vurderinger »
Very clean large room for the price. Nice garden setting. Quiet part of the beach although you can t swin in the summer because the tide is too low.
Large rooms with good wifi, steps to the beach, scooter hire from owner which was handy, room serviced daily.

I liked that the location was right on the beach. The room was a clean
and functional 3 star... Not fancy, but good for my budget. I love the
food at the Spa Resort ~100m south, so this is a good location to have
access to some of the best vegetarian food on the planet.

A minor detail, there's a little natural pond between beach and room so you're not straight on the beach.

This is a tiny establishment that could use some signage for what the
front office is. Nobody was there when we arrived. We knocked on some
doors that we suspected might be the front office. We were finally ready
to leave and find alternative lodging when the attendant showed up
saying he was out for a meal. Note, the first house on the left is the
office, even if not marked.
Not able to put extra lock on the door, no storage safe and not able to get extra key when room was shared.
