Myself and my husband stayed in a Private Pool Villa which was fantastic, huge bed and plenty of space throughout. The resort is stunning and well maintained. My husband and I celebrated my birthday in Phuket, and the hotel staffs came up with a surprise cake on my birthday. It was the most unforgettable and sweetest memory that we've ever had in the hotel! - Everything! The breakfast was lovely, close to the beach, excellent staff, who even put flowers on our bed and gave us free fruit when we arrived.

It was the best hotel we stayed in Thailand. Really nice and clean room with nice european style bathroom (which I really appreciate) with balcony and TV with English programms. Superb buffet breakfast included. Really helpful staff and services of luxurious hotel. Lovely swimming pool, unfortunately closed later in the evening. Convenient location

The rooms were fantastic, we had a grand deluxe, the staff amazing so attentive and always happy and smiling. As far as location goes I would never stay in patong or karon , although we did tuktuk most days to patong I still love kata beach . This is my second stay with Avista Kata Beach. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai

- The staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and always willing to go the extra mile.
- The breakfast buffet was delicious!
- The free transfer to the beach was a very nice touch!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beach towels provided and free WIFI. The breakfast buffet catered for all. Trainee receptionist Mai from Had Yai deserves special mention as was always at the desk and a pleasure to met and was very accommodating. - Abdolutey perfect from beginning to end 9 days of bliss. We love The Palmery Resort & Spa, especially my 2 girls. We stayed here end of March'13 for 4 nights. The resort is new, staffs were all smiles, helpful and attentive from their front desk, housekeeping, bellman to their night security guard.
